Indie Game Launch Page

A page for a game that doesn't exist yet, built to make strangers wishlist it in ten seconds.

What you're making

Pick any game idea, real or invented, and build the page that sells it before anyone has played it. Key art or a trailer up top, screenshots that reveal themselves as you scroll past them, a countdown to a release date, and the platforms it's coming to. This is the exact page every small game studio needs and most can't afford a studio for.

A marketing page built around a single game: hero art, a scrolling screenshot gallery, feature highlights, platform availability and a release countdown. The page has to earn a wishlist click from someone who has never heard of the game before, in the time it takes to scroll past the fold.

Core features · 7

  • A hero section with key art or a trailer that fills the screen on load
  • A screenshot or clip gallery that reveals each image as you scroll to it, not just a static grid
  • A feature list explaining what makes the game worth playing, in plain language
  • A release countdown that updates live
  • Platform icons showing exactly where it's coming out
  • A wishlist or follow call to action that's visible at every scroll position
  • At least one moment of real scroll-driven or interactive motion — not just elements fading in

The interesting part

  • Making the game feel real and finished through presentation alone, with no actual gameplay to show
  • Sequencing the scroll so screenshots and copy arrive at a pace that holds attention rather than rushing or dragging
  • Keeping the page fast despite carrying a lot of imagery

Once it works

  • Add a press-quote carousel
  • Add a devlog or news feed section
  • Add a soundtrack preview player
